We access the first floor and find a living-dining room with hot/cold air conditioning that gives access to a terrace of about 6 m2, ideal for spending summer nights and a renovated independent kitchen equipped with cabinets.

It consists of two bedrooms, both with ceiling fans and fitted wardrobes.

At the top we find the private solarium of about 50m2, equipped with artificial grass, ideal for enjoying the wonderful Mediterranean climate. You also have the option of installing a barbecue or anything of interest to form a rest and relaxation area.

During the season, which runs from Easter to the end of September, they have beach bars on the beach.

Torrevieja has its own public bus station and a direct bus service that also goes to the airport and the city of Alicante, making it ideal for those who do not want to use a car.

There are several golf courses in the immediate vicinity and thanks to good transport connections, Alicante airport can be reached in around 43 minutes.
